Accessing Usage Dashboard
Understanding Your Usage
The usage dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your analytics consumption and plan limits. Monitor three key metrics:
Every time a visitor loads a page on your tracked sites, it counts as one pageview. This is the primary metric for plan limits.
Custom events you track using the JavaScript API (button clicks, form submissions, etc.) count toward your event limit.
The number of websites you can track is determined by your plan. Each domain counts as one site.
Usage Indicators
The dashboard uses color-coded progress bars to indicate your usage status:
- Blue/Green: Normal usage (0-75%)
- Yellow: Approaching limit (75-90%)
- Red: Near or at limit (90-100%+)
Plan Information
The usage dashboard displays your current plan details:
- Plan Name: Your current subscription tier
- Billing Period: Start and end dates of your current billing cycle
- Status: Active, trialing, past_due, or canceled
- Quota Status: Whether you're within limits or exceeded
What Happens When You Exceed Limits
Exceeding Your Plan Limits
- You'll receive email notifications at 80% and 100% usage
- A warning banner appears in the usage dashboard
- You're encouraged to upgrade to continue tracking
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading Your Plan
